Schedule & click limits
Give a link a start date, an expiry date or a maximum number of clicks, and choose what visitors see when it isn't live. Starter+ for expiry and click limits; a start date alone works on every plan.

- Times are in UTC. The start defaults to 00:00 and the expiry to 23:59 of the chosen day.
- The expiry must be after the start and can't be in the past.
- Max clicks counts every click the link receives, including bots.
When a link runs out
The On limit / expiry action applies before the start date, after the expiry, once max clicks is reached, and while the link is paused.
| Option | What the visitor gets |
|---|---|
| Serve fallback | A redirect to the fallback destination (a 404 if you didn't set one). |
| Return 404 | A "Link not found" page. |
| Disable | Same as Return 404. |
Example: a 48-hour flash sale
Black Friday runs Friday and Saturday. Before Friday, and after Saturday, visitors should see a “sale ended / coming soon” page instead of an error.
- Active from: Friday 00:00, Expires at: Saturday 23:59 (UTC).
- On limit / expiry: Serve fallback, Fallback destination: yourbrand.com/sale-ended.

TipTimes are UTC. For a sale that follows Vietnam time (UTC+7), start at 17:00 UTC the day before.
Example: the first 500 sign-ups
A giveaway page should only take the first 500 visitors, then send people to the waitlist.

Good to know
- Bots and link previews (for example when a link is pasted into a chat) also count as clicks. Leave some headroom on a click cap, or turn on bot filtering so bots get a safe page.
