Analytics

Every click is recorded with its country, device, OS, browser, referrer and UTM tags. See it across the project on Overviews, and per link, rule and variant on each link.

  • Pick 7, 30 or 90 days. Each tile compares with the previous period of the same length.
  • Sections: Traffic over time, Devices, Top countries, Browsers, Top links, Traffic sources, Links by status, Conversions by event, Needs attention and Plan usage.
  • The Team picker in the top bar narrows everything to one team's links.
  • What you see follows your role: users limited to their team's links only see analytics for those links.

Traffic sources and UTM

Traffic sources groups clicks by referrer and by utm_source. To see a campaign clearly, add UTM tags to the short link you share, for example go.yourbrand.com/spring?utm_source=tiktok&utm_medium=social. The tags are recorded and also passed on to your destination.

Good to knowMany apps (email clients, messengers, in-app browsers) don't send a referrer. UTM tags are the reliable way to tell those channels apart.

Link health checks

The Health tab on a link checks whether its destination responds: Run health check shows the status, HTTP code, error and latency. Broken links also appear under Needs attention on Overviews, and in the project alert emails Owners and Admins receive.

Analytics through the API

With an API key that has analytics.view, GET /api/v1/analytics/clicks returns the project's clicks and unique visitors for the last 30 days. See the REST API guide.
